Course Introduction
In the post globalization period, there is heavy boom in the real estate business in India. Thus, the requirement of a professional valuer is increasing day by day. In our country, regulatory environment is evolving rapidly and it is quite likely that academic qualification in the valuation field will become mandatory in the days to come, where valuation professional will need certification in order to practice as a professional valuer.
At present, in India, Real Estate, M.sc(Real Estate valuation) & Master of commerce (Valuation of Real Estate and Agricultural Land) is offered by some universities, whereas, for the first time in India, We are offering Master of Commerce (Real Estate including Agricultural Land) - which includes valuation of agricultural land along with non-agricultural real estates. In other words, this has become a complete course which will cover valuation of all type of real properties and hence, in the field of valuation this has become a unique course of its kind in India. Hence, it will offer immense career opportunities for beginners in the field of valuation and will add significant weightage to current practicing valuation professionals.

Admission and Eligibility Criteria
- Type : Post Graduate Master's Degree Course
- Language/Medium – English
- Duration of programme - 2 Years (i.e. four semesters of six months out of which the last semester will be for project work)
- Eligibility for admission - Any Graduate
- Candidates need to apply at college for the admission.
Note : Nomenclature of this course may change to Master of Science in Valuation (Real Estate including Agricultural Land) or any other appropriate nomenclature as per the UGC norms.
